What lives here

A living orientation for love in action.

The Heart Map gathers the shared language, practices, principles, tools, and living models that help us move from inner awareness into life together. It begins within, with how we perceive, choose, heal, and relate, then follows loving awareness outward into radical responsibility, community, stewardship, governance, exchange, land, and village-making. It is not a doctrine or a finished blueprint. It is an evolving orientation system: a way to locate ourselves, discover a doorway into practice, and learn how love becomes action, culture, and structures capable of holding life.

Purpose

A collective is organized for educational, spiritual, and beneficent purposes, for the upliftment and enlightenment of all people and the betterment of life on Earth.

Context

Radical Responsibility is the primary Context.

Context is the agreement-based framework for every human interaction. The Space determines what is possible; the Context determines the qualities of the Space. A Heart Community's relationship to consciousness and responsibility is Radical Responsibility: being inescapably responsible for the level of responsibility being taken in any time and any space.

Whole Permaculture, declared

Whole Permaculture includes the inner permaculture of distinctions, maps, thoughtware, and initiatory processes that facilitate the evolution of consciousness, so inner reactions share the regenerative elegance of a permaculture garden.

Four archetypal lineages hold the village.

Earth Guardian

The sword of clarity

Earth Guardians use the intelligence and energy of archetypal feelings to make clear distinctions and protective boundaries. Their warrior energy comes directly from Gaia. They hold and guard the integrity of the Context and the Codex, the rules of engagement. They are the kaitiaki, guardians who protect the village because this is who they are. Part of their work is to say who comes in and who needs to go, and to facilitate that transition with the Village Weavers and the Evolutionaries.

Village Weaver

Listening and speaking from the heart

Village Weavers navigate the flows of life. They are the healers, nurturers, communicators, and lovers, caring for what deeply connects us to each other and to archetypal Love itself. They are the invisible glue of the village, weaving people together from instinct and skill. They know who should talk to whom and make it happen. They welcome people in and care for the rituals of birth and death.

Evolutionary

The wand of declaration

Evolutionaries pay attention to the finest details, noticing where reality cracks and how it can be repaired, or where it ends and how it can be extended. They are the magicians, shamans, healers, researchers, and edgeworkers, grounded in the void of nothingness in which all possibilities are possible. They provide the transformational processes for the village, deepening its context with the Gameworld Builders.

Radical responsibility for the whole

Gameworld Builders take the bigger perspective and the practical overview, using all four feelings to flow power. With playful designs, the gameworld thrives inside and interacts productively with others by exchanging value. They build new and only-needed gameworlds from nothing. They are the visionaries, and the administrators and carers of the infrastructure and back-end of the gameworld.

A forest and a Tree of Life.

The affiliation and organismal structure of a Heart Community follows a biomimicry model: roots, trunk, branches, leaves, and mycelium. Each layer plays its part in holding the whole.

Roots

The Foundational Trust, the deep ground the village grows from.

Trunk

The Land and Community Trust, holding land and community in stewardship.

Branches

Local churches, sanghas, spiritual communitites, organizations, and groups.

Leaves

Local kirtan, music, and artist groups, the visible life of the village.

Mycelium

Informal groups on Signal, Discord, WhatsApp, Telegram, the connective tissue.

Rules of engagement

The culture of Radical Responsibility.

We work in circles with spaceholders and context holders, calling decisions through direct access to nonlinear possibility. There are no employees, no absentee landlords, no franchises or copyrights or inheritance.

The context of our culture is Radical Responsibility. Irresponsibility is an illusion.

There is no currency exchange. There is no such thing as profit. Manufacturing is cradle-to-cradle.

Time is not money; time is time. Money from other nation-states has no value here.

Land is not owned; it is cared for. Buildings are not owned, they are cared for.

We are kaitiaki, guardians, stewards. Earth cannot be monetized because we are the Earth.

Education does not conform to a curriculum. Each child knows for themselves.

Ongoing adulthood initiatory processes drenched in archetypal love are at the core of our world.

Economy of exchange

Archearchy economics.

The ones at the bottom of the economic gravity-well have the authority to assure resources are not hoarded at the top but flow through every account. This is like the Subak system of Bali, where rice terrace caretakers at the bottom of the mountain assure water flows through every field at the right time, because that insures the best outcome for the whole village.

A collective's Bright Principles are the archetypal forces of clarity and possibility we call into the spaces we hold. Without distilling them, and choosing to be the space through which they do their work, who are we working for?

A Yin and a Yang, held together.

A Heart Community recognizes the rule-of-law of modern civilization as a failed construct, and so abides by a Bill of Wrongs as well as a Bill of Rights, operating under Natural Law.

Network

A network of autonomous zones.

The Heart Community embodies a network of ecovillages, ashrams, possibility villages, nanonations, Gaian gameworlds, communities, collectives, gatherings, projects, and more. Far more people than we might imagine are living part of their lives in temporary, nomadic, or permanent autonomous zones.

Temporary Autonomous Zones (TAZ)

Festivals and fairs. The village blooms for a weekend or a season, then disperses, seeding what it touched.

Nomadic Autonomous Zones (NAZ)

Roving groups of healers, initiators, performers, and trainers who carry the village with them as they move.

Permanent Autonomous Zones (PAZ)

Intentional communities and ecovillages. The village rooted in place, held in trust, lived across years.

HeartCraft

The game that builds the village.

HeartCraft is a massive multiplayer game whose players build a Gaian Gameworld using a regenerative model built on ancient wisdom with modern tools. As players play, geography, culture, rules, governance, and budgets are encoded into a real-world Possibility Village. The final mission is on-the-ground completion, with rites of passage cocreated while playing together.
